Jenn Allgood is a medical professional by trade currently teaching English in Japan and traveling throughout Asia during an overseas tour. She teaches English to Japanese students that vary in age and careers. Most notably, she instructed young employees of an engineering firm in conversational techniques that would aid in communicating with their American counterparts.
Previously, Jenn entered the healthcare field out of college. She worked in Washington D.C., alongside neuro and orthopedic surgeons, assisting to preserve the neurological integrity of patients during procedures that compromised certain regions of the brain and spinal cord. She earned her Certification in Neurological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) in 2013.
Jenn earned a B.S. in biomedical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
